Network Upgrade
The foundation for the network infrastructure upgrade has been completed. Over the next two weeks customers will see a minimal downtime as their websites are migrated to the new platform.
Downtime Expected
At some point this weekend, depending upon how quickly we progress, there will be some downtime on all customers. We will be upgrading our infrastructure to better serve everyone.
If you have any questions or concerns, please use the support email or telephone number on file for our support department.
Happy Holidays
As part of the CyphersTECH family, we would like to wish all of our customers the best of times during the holidays this year.
We will be closed December 24rd, 2009 through December 27th, 2009. All support requests and purchases will be processed upon our return.
Scheduled Downtime
During the after noon, and in to the evening tomorrow, all customers will experience a brief outage as we move one of our servers and perform some quick maintenance tasks. This shouldn’t take more than an hour or so.
Welcoming Another Customer
This one has been in our network for some time now, but I’d like to give them some much-deserved attention.

Well, friends…we’ve moved.
As of 12:00 AM EST, on December 3rd, all customers have been moved to our new linux-based hosting servers from our old Windows 2003 Server machines. There was very little downtime, and the whole process went pretty smoothly. All customers will soon have a control panel from which they can manage their hosting.
Our specialized hosting customers should see a decrease in the load time of their website(s). Email agcyphers@cypherstech.com if you experience any issues with your website.
